Set up your school space
Start with the school subscription owner. Organise eligible managed staff and classes using the current account controls.
Give each colleague the right view
Assign responsibilities to teachers and assistants. Managed accounts do not inherit subscription ownership or unrelated pupil access.
Plan, assign and review
Choose supported learning, check the current class or pupil scope, then review available records to decide what comes next.
Questions you might have
Does every teacher need to manage the subscription?
No. The subscribing school owner keeps subscription controls. Managed teachers and assistants use the tools and pupil scope assigned to their current role.
Can parents see the whole school?
No. Family access follows current child connections and permissions. A school connection does not expose other families or transfer school subscription ownership.
Does a completed activity prove mastery?
No. Submitted attempts, downloads and completion records describe different actions. Review the activity and support given before deciding on the next learning step.
