Our story
Built from the realities of UK schools
Learnaroo began with a problem we kept seeing across UK primary and secondary education: schools were paying for one system to run the office and another to support learning — and the two rarely talked to each other. Teachers lost hours to admin, leaders lacked a single view of their data, and parents were left guessing about progress.
We set out to close that gap. Learnaroo Hub brings a full EYFS–GCSE learning library together with a built-in management information system, so a school’s operations and its classrooms share one secure data record. The result is less duplication, lower cost, and clearer insight — for trusts, schools, tutors and families alike.
We are founder-led with first-hand understanding of how schools and parents actually work, and we build with an evidence-first mindset grounded in cognitive science: retrieval practice, spaced repetition, and reducing cognitive load.
